CIA agents trapped in the Iranian and Lebanon net

The United States of America and its allies, as Israel, suspect a nuclear military program is in development in Iran. Of course, the Iranian government denies this accusation but they stay stick to their guns.

In the last few days, Iran discovered and arrested 12 secret agents of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, through Parviz Sorouri, a very influential man, doesn’t want to give their identifications or locations. According to Mr. Sorouri, they were working with Israel’s Mossad on what seems to be the espionage of the nuclear Iranian program that worries so much the US. Apparently, they were infiltrating local intelligence services.

In fact, this infiltration has been going on for a long time, months, perhaps years. The CIA has settled their spies in the Iranian Shia organisation and in the Lebanon’s Hezbollah, led by Hassan Nasrallah. The US embassy in Beirut claimed all those accusations were wrong, but the Association France-Presse said that some officials in US approved what Mr. Nasrallah said on TV. It started when the CIA began to recruit spies in countries like Malaysia, Turkey or the United Arab Emirates. In May, this year, 30 people were arrested because of their membership of a secret CIA network. It continued in June when the Hezbollah unmasked two other CIA secret agents.

Des agents de la CIA arrêtés par les services secrets iraniens

Le développement par l’Iran d’un programme nucléaire potentiellement militaire a mis les Etats-Unis et ses alliés, comme Israël, sur leurs gardes. D’après les informations données par l’Iran et en particulier par Parviz Sorouri, un homme influent proche des services de sécurité iraniens, la CIA, l’Agence centrale de renseignement des Etats-Unis, aurait infiltré les agents secrets récemment arrêtés. Ils travaillaient apparemment de concert avec le Mossad israélien dans le but d’en apprendre plus sur ce fameux programme nucléaire, d’après M. Sorouri.

Mais cette infiltration n’est pas la première. En effet, en mai dernier, le Hezbollah, organisation chiite libanaise soutenue par l’Iran, aurait arrêté 30 personnes soupçonnées d’appartenir à un réseau infiltré de la CIA. L’influence de la CIA est forte puisqu’elle a recruté des espions dans d’autres pays, comme la Turquie, la Malaisie ou encore les Emirats arabes unis. D’autres agents ont encore été découverts en juin. Certains organismes comme l’ambassade des Etats-Unis située à Beyrouth ont réfuté ces accusations portées par le secrétaire général du Hezbollah. Pourtant ces dires ont été confirmés par de hautes instances américaines.
